With 25 years management experience in the restaurant industry, Al Cloutier has managed at 5 diamond hotels, high profile restaurants, and has co-ordinated many restaurant openings.
As a writer, director, and producer, he has produced Restaurant Commercials, Charter Sailing Yacht and Catamaran Commercials, Kona Coffee Plantation Commercials, Resume Interviews, Professional Artist Interviews, Pilot Show Demos, a sustainable agriculture film entitled Olomana Gardens, Permaculture and Aquaponics, and The Award Winning training film, World Class Restaurant Service.
He is currently producing a documentary on sustainability entitled Lono's Bounty, and is developing several other independent film concepts.
